Monday

Today im just gonna blog abt something peculiar. I saw people who looked like people i knew, but in fact they weren't. So weird. And if it happened just once I would like jz forget it, but it happened like 5 to 6 times lar... So weird. I bet it was even weirder for the ppl whom i stared at trying to get a second look. Haha. So here are the people i thought i saw

That's like... all in one day leh.. And Monday was a super long day. Did the intro on discrimination 3 times... And after that, I stayed back to see the first meeting of the 31st SC Nominees. Haha. Well, contrary to what u may be thinking, ur meeting was very very very soft.. They were like so kind to you guys lar. To the 29th people reading this, their first meeting was like.... erm... nothing lar on the scale that we were put through. But not to worry, Ms N was on the scene and things got better once they moved out of the LT.

Oh, only thing I dun like is that Ms N gave them 15 minutes to do the bio data form... AND THEY STILL OVERSHOT THE TIME!!! dotz-star-hash-exclamation mark-hex-.*#!

But it started today, the running for the 31st students' council and here are some of the basic details. Number of ppl running - 73 (although one alreayd dropped out), 6 are already in, the TA Wing. The rest are running again, like Kerry, Jon, Hui Min. Introductions and hastings is still combined. Campaigning started today. Same rules applied. Now 6 are planning to pull out. A record apparently.

Went to church and talked to Aunty Aye Lan abt the tuition ministry. This could be the turning point in my life. And a wrong turn at that. Still considering. If u're curious, MSN me ya?

Headed home with a very tired body and slept.

Tuesday

Nice day. Picked up Gem TD 2.1 from Mr Eugene. Well, it's one of the best TD's i've played so far in terms of innovativeness and balance.Oh ryte, i was at work. Haha, did the remainder of Discrimination with 03 and gonna discuss it with them in the next lesson. Carian is acting weird. Xuewen is acting crooked.

Back to the staff room and the igloo. It wasn't a nice day cuz it was a freezing time there and I Gem-ed till i learnt most of the basics. Now I have the IMBA 2-4-6 maze in my head. Of course 6 was only added once i left school when i was thinking abt how to create a 3rd entry into the maze. To the uninformed... remain that way. Haha.

Then went to 222 with Eugene. Btw, this is an announcement to TJCians. If u need a place to study on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, rooms 221,222 and 223 are open for u to use freely from 3 to 7pm. Mr Eugene will be there, and he can help u in maths, bio, chem and physics. If im around, i can help maths, physics, chem. But the room is really open for use if the Library or canteen doesn't work for you.

Then headed for tuition and then home. And the bad news is my aircon has this stupid timer thing going on so i can't seem to get it on... So half way through the night it will switch off.. leaving me at the mercy of the Singapore weather.. What a cruel fate..

Wednesday

Today was the continuation of Gem TD and yes, the 2-4-6 worked. And when i took over Eugene's 2-4-6, my final damage test was 397000+ damage in extreme mode! Haha. Sorry to the uniformed once again. Lunch today was nice. I ate mee pok. Although the flu isn't being nice company, i survived. Had lime juice. Wanted lime-soya beans but e uncle heard wrongly.. Oh well. Class was also nice. But they were rather quiet except the parts where they laugh at me for getting Sun Zhen's name pronounced wrongly. It's not my fault i can't pronounce Chinese names ok??? Haha. At least im getting the hang of the names already (=

Staff conference was redundant. But it was nice to see the PRISM data which confirmed that coming to TJ will cause you to underperform for GP. of course i have no idea how they calculate the "expected value" based on L1R5. Utter rubbish in my opinion cuz TJ rocks! Oh, it also confirmed RJ can be classified as an elitist JC cuz the data showed that the better got improvement over their L1R5 predictions while the lousier got worse. RJ was the only JC to have the reverse trend. ACJC is a very IMBA-ly value-adding JC!! in terms of GP! So if u're lousy, go to ACJC, and if u r so pro, go RJ. TJ's lit is ranked no.1 this year, haha!

Had nice cake after that and then went to Toa Payoh for tuition. I forgot how to draw NO3- ion. SO sad... And my Quantum Physics is so rusty its embarrassing! Oh well, had macs and now im here. And the macs was the one where they threw my fry back into the big bunch after it dropped on the floor!
