Headed down to MOM after being disappointed the previous day. At least I know 12 was a direct bus there. just needed to stop at Clarke Quay and walk over a pedestrian crossing. Not just any one, it was this one, in the "CENTRE" of Singapore... a not so clean city after all..
Just to notice the netting in the drain, too bad i didn't have a better digicam. It was quite filthy. Not too nice a sight from the pedestrian bridge. But anyway, I reached MOM
Yup, here it was. Dunno why i couldn't get a clear shot of the building though.
Anyways, I got in, had my bag scanned with a metal detector, took my F-Ticket, went upstairs n got it done in 30 minutes tops. Sorry to those who waited 3 hours or so. Then I was on the way back to the bus station when I saw these bunch of ppl. Yup, no idea what school, but they were attempting to do pullups from a tree... Wait, it was a girl attempting pull ups from a tree..
The OGLs, red i presume, look "absolutely thrilled".. wow..
Then I was on the bus with these two mats who insisted that the bus be fitted with their audio system via his handphone on loud speaker mode. And he happened to travel further than me although I was already paying the hefty $1.28 to get back to TJ for my meeting! Yup. Had a nice first GP Department meeting in Temasek Lounge. Met the other tutors n RTs as we are now called. Then it was PDP exhibition. And I once again crashed the Council ppl at their SCIP booth. And to those Malaysians who dun really get the picture when I said Pinafore-with-no-blouse-uniform, here it is in its 1.3 mega-pixel glory in front of the SCIP booth
And the councillors were trying their best to get ppl to sign up, managing around 140 ppl. Lost to 29th Pilot of 160. But ppl still can sign up so we might be outdone by them still. Then again, their advertising wasn't that spectacular. Check it out
Then there were the Tee Jay dri-fits on sale once again. Widely popular, with all the M sizes sold out. Poor thing... But these were the ppl manning the booth. Of course there were jokers with loudhailers trying to promote it, but scared ppl off as well. Pics of them not included for their own safety.
Then as all councillors do, they had to have their mass dance. And so they did. On the stage and even got some ppl to dance along with them. Not bad with the new FunDance! (=
In the middle is my junior! Not bad eh? Plus the loudspeaker is there too, proof of their advertising spree!
