# Day 83 - 2010
Here's a quick thought for today
He is in charge of it all, has the final word on everything. At the center of all this, Christ rules the church. The church, you see, is not peripheral to the world; the world is peripheral to the church. The church is Christ's body, in which he speaks and acts, by which he fills everything with his presence.
As I was thinking about MFG and the amazing stuff God is doing back in SG, this thought came to my mind: When church is done right, people ask to get invited to church. And this scripture backed up that thought. The world is peripheral to the church. The church should take it's rightful place, and with that, responsibility in society. That said, the church is Christ's body, which is the people, through which the Bible say Christ must speak through and they must be filled with His presence.
So reflecting on why the church is peripheral to the world, or in context, why I am peripheral to my surroundings, it's simply because I don't hear what Christ speaks, and so act wrongly, and this stems from the issue of not having the presence of God with me.
I'm too tired.
the story ends like this;
