Had YA Comm Cell today (=
But before that, ZOMBIES!!! Haha! Had a few hick-ups with the server, and the shop auntie who's like the owner and everything was like complaining, with rather colourful language about customers who refused to pay cuz of the left4dead server issues. It was me and 4 other people. Had quite a lot of fun, though having a full team is much nicer! Oh well, Jayne was quite good today (= Though her being good meant that she killed me quite a few times. Sadest death though was from the one where i bumped into the witch on my own and died like within 10 seconds. Haha!
Then it was off to YA Comm Cell!
Ethan has his first teeth growing!! And he bled slightly from biting a bottle. He's turning into a boy!!
Today's cell was rather, interesting. Didn't go as planned (humanly) but it definitely went on well. Main issue was the A, Attitudes for growth. And yeah, the comm got our "scolding" from Roland, but I dun think it's like those depressing kind of scolding, cuz Roland did it very well, but it's one of those more reflective ones, cuz it's very true?
Yeah, so from that, I'm deciding to shift my cell's next focus from The Warrior to Disciple. Will listen to the message first and see of course.
Then on a more personal note, it's time to let the King of Glory in. Once again, He's been on the outside of the city for far too long. The doors have probably been shut out cuz of busyness. The gates are probably not wide enough for Him as I've gotten complacent at the level I am at. And somehow, slowly, the King of Glory has been shifted out of the city. He's now, somewhere, there. At church, or at cell or at music. He's not in the city, and that's something I'm gonna honestly do something about.
Well, what am I going to do? Hmmm... Well, for one, is definitely pray more. It's definitely no coincidence that
1) QT has been telling me that God hears and listens to prayer
2) Roland preached on "Waiting Upon The Lord"
3) Ps Tan reminded us that everything is birthed from prayer
Secondly, take a good look at my priorities. Let me just try listing them down, in proper order, and sadly i realise it's not currently in this proper order in my life.
1) God - daily prayer and QT
2) Studies - attending all lectures, tutorials, doing homework
3) YA Comm - planning on a YA level and executing projects/assignments
4) Cell Group - building disciples of Christ
5) Music - attending Friday meeting, playing on Saturday and music journal
6) CE - vision casting, organisation management, module palnning
7) A/V - serving
8) Teaching - writing out sermons/revelations
-to be inserted in between somewhere-
1) Building stronger relationships - core friends, mentor, family
2) Growing in Christ-likeness (+ manhood)
3) Financial stewardship
4) Digital Art - improving photoshop and flash
So yeah, gotta be clear on my priorities (and also with that, my responsibilities). And what I believe my priorities should be MUST translate into action. Especially points 1 and 2.
Okie, enough of blogging, back to work (=
