# Farewell and Greetings
Surprise!! Happy 2008
December has been crazy. I've been up and down so many times i can't really remember when i did what.
For those of you who still care to read my blog, here's an update
I went back to Malaysia after my exams ended. Then I went back to Singapore on the 14th and got up the next day for an awesome really truly awesome time at CFFF, the Emmanuel Christmas Food and Fun Fair. Big shout-out to Alex, James and all the games ppl. It rocked!! Txs also to May, Kaman (mango), Jaclyn for coming and playing. Haha, apparently dentists aren't that flexible with chopsticks. They couldn't get even one marble out of a tub of 300 marbles in black water in 20 seconds. Hehe. But i guess the mango was happy with her bear in the end.
Then after that it was the amazing YA CAMP. INFACTION-Faith-In-Action. It was great an my group rocked!! Haha, of course we won the games, txs to Aiken finding the orange ziplock in the sand. SOme groups were left digging when we ended all the stations. So sad... We were so fast the game masters were not even ready for us at the last station. Our "Susan" was pastor Mark, who died at the last station but at least me and 3 others got through, finished in first place and tied points with the second group, but won as we came in first. But games was the least of our concerns. I was totally looking ofrward to Battleplans and Task Force but something unexpected happened.
On 18th December, roughly 3am, my dad passed away. That cut short my camp, that evening itself i was out of Batam, Got my ticket to KL, reached KL at 4am, left for Taiping at 7am, REached TAIPING at 11am.
Had the funeral service, met my cousins, and then left back for KL all in the same day. BIG thank you to the Amazing Truly Lovely Young Adults from Infaction who collected close to $800 for me and my family on such short notice. Really really means a lot to me and my family. THANKS once again.
Then it was back to SG for Christmas and PAID07 was craazy. The soap ramp was madness although it left quite a few ppl scarred, but who careS? HOW MANY CHANCES DO YOU HAVE TO SLIDE DOWN THE CHURCH CAR RAMP!!
Cleaning up was fun too, with FX, Ade, Peiting, Bert, Matthew and the others folding the black bags, and Dawn, Megan, Dickson and the rest cleaning the walls. It was fun cleaning up and having public showering sessions. hehe..
THen now im back here in KL, sorry to have left Alwyn, the first Salvation which i thank God for!! But i know the cell will take good care of him!
Ok, now i need to pass the lappie to my sis, so hope i meet the rest of the gang later at 6.15 for the Curve. See ya guys and get ready for 2008
MY THEME -If it's easy, why bother doing it. We're called to do the difficult, fully relying on God!
the story ends like this;
