# The Second of the Two Days
First Day at Work
Today was a good day to start work. Woke up early, walked to school. Went to the staffroom. Had nothing to do. Then had nothing to do. Then sat down with nothing to do. I had taken over Mr. Tong's place in the staffroom now. Will get some pics soon, but nothing much to see. Maybe the classes I teach will be more fun to see eh? Also some fun stuff at Mr.Tong's unused table would be cool too! Sometime soon lar, Monday classes start. Today was the get paid to do nothing day. Ok, I had a lecture to attend. Intro to GP. In a few words : GP=A levels NOT O levels. The rest "your tutors will explain to you in class". Yup. Thats supposed to be me who's taking the IT whiz Mr Peck's job of 04, 06 and 21 of 07. But after the lecture, the "work" began as the Biology Department decended upon us from above (upper level 3 staffroom) with a mutitude of "Chromosome" with Kuah Mei Ru leading the way. So all the stuff you see here were sliced n spliced by me, Eugene (or "Mr. Eugene") and Jocelyn, both from Chem Department. It was an ardous affair, but the chromosomes stood no chance against us and of course a Ms Fernandez-Teletubby Intervention and later Abduction.. shhh...!
This was done at Mr Eugene's (see below) desk, a Y5 whos like, so smart, going to Uni of London. Shaun n Poh Lynn, maybe u'd see him there someday?
Yup. this was what we did for the next few hours. I think. And Denise came by n we all had fun, then we left. Later, I finally got this laptop im now using after going to Mr Daniel Chung, Mr Peck, Mr Loh and a wonderfully helpful TA (Technical Aassistant) Ian. Yay! txs for the help!
I should have gone home, but it rained. So i stayed in the council room. Did some reading. Went over to makan to "celebrate" Aaron's Bday. Happy BDAY dude, eat more ya? But not the cat lar of course. Then came back to school. Waited but got fed up, borrowed an umbrella n took 12 back, a whole 65c spent on a 300m trip... Still got drenched, but happy to have connectivity in my room. Yay!
